My husband and I just brought home a kitten yesterday and were excited to introduce her to our 2 dogs but it was a disaster to say the least. The people we got the kitten from said the litter had grown up with their 7 dogs and wasn't scared of dogs at all but she doesn't  seem to like our 2. Our dogs have never seen a cat before so they were going nuts- whining, barking, jumping in the air as my husband was trying to hold the kitten above his head & getting scratched to bits! The kitten won't come out of the bathroom now & I don't want to have to have the cat locked away or the dogs locked up for the other to come out. How long will it take for them to get used to each other? Will they eventually?
