Pcos, progesterone supplements

I've been dx with pcos and have used femara, progesterone, estrogen and trigger shots for 3 cycles now. My cycle is due wed the 4th, but I have noticed some cramping and low back ache on et off starting about 7 to 10 days before my cycle is even due :( it makes me feel like it's going to be another failed month. But Could these symptoms be related to the hormone replacement therapy. I start taking them at the time of ovulation, and continue until my cycle starts. I'm just not sure about it all.
