So I'm trying to conceive with my fiancé of 4 years, I've been trying for 10 months, and my symptoms right now are tingly nipples, swollen, sore boobs, moody, my uterus feels swollen, weird discharge, heightened sense of smell (I think), back pain, I need advice ):
