Ok so I've been having lower abdomen cramps in my lower left side but they come and go. This has been happening for about 9 days. Went to the dr today she felt around and going for an ultra sound tomorrow to see what it is. Could this be pregnancy or cysts? I'm not doubled over in pain it's just annoying. Ps while I was on the table and went to get up I almost passed out. I have never felt this before. Any thoughts??
