I need your thoughts

So I'm 12-13 DPO and my nipples have been sore, my boobs are fuller (which is great), and my left boob has a little bit of pain on the inner part of it, like near the cleavage. Considering I have small boobs, I can pinpoint the pain but today, for some reason, I squeezed my nipples and some fluid came out!? Wtf could it be? I know it's not milk secretion cause that doesn't happen til about 6 weeks after conception.
