How long does uncooked ground beef/beef mince last?

Forgot I had some left over ground beef from when I made lasagna last Tuesday. It still looks bright in color. Wondering if I could use it tonight for hamburgers or throw it away....

I'll use it if it's not brown and doesn't have any foul smell. Just cook it well enough.

I say if it looks and smells good it's fine. You're going to cook any bacteria out of it anyway.

It's me is in the fridge and you just bought it you can leave it in there for like 24 hours but then it starts to collect bacteria even if it's pink it's still not any good if you open it it should have a nasty so we'll probably have a nasty smell but if frozen you can keep meat frozen for up to a year
