Took my 1year old to the walk in centre and hour ago and they said that this is vital, it's just getting worse! 
Left pic was around 6 this morning
Right pic was an hour after

Could be roseola.

Did they do a strep test?  Fine rash and fever that's what I would say it is. But you can also run fever with hand foot and mouth.

That happens to both my kids as long as they don't have a fever or anything of that matter give it a few days to clear up anything more than 3-5 days take them to the doctor
