I'm suppose to start today and i'm confused..

Last night around 5. I checked cervix. Had some blood. Cervix was very soft. Btw went pee before i checked.

Checked at 9 and no blood. Cervix kinda of hard. I'm to start today is that normal?
Went pee bwfore ichecked btw.
