Symptoms... Can you help me?!

This is my third pregnancy, last birth was on c-section. Today I'm 5w1d and all I have is positive pregnancy test, on ultrasound I'm going on may11th. So, here I come... I have nausea, my breast I think would explode, tiredness, but also I have some lower belly cramps like I'll get my period in just a minute, and today whole day i have to go to bathroom, i have something like light diarrhea, and cervix is med, med soft but closed without any mucus. On my first and second pregnancy symptoms wasn't like that, so I'm so confused that I'm affraid that something is wrong... Does anyone have situation like i do?!
