BBT rise after ovulation
Hello all! I'm new to charting and I was wondering how much your temperature goes up after you ovulate? I know everyone is different but some examples would be helpful! I believe I ovulated, but my temp only went up from 96.45 to 96.57 which is hardly anything. And yes, my temp is always low like that due to my thyroid;). Thanks in advance!
