So there is an app like tinder called happen where it tells you who you passed by and you can swipe left or right and see who you're gonna match with. I matched with this guy and we started talking and we connected very well then we exchanged  numbers and texted for a while .. Then our converstaion turned into something like a competetion, he plays hard to get and i do to which was fun in some type of way and we both know we are into each other. BUT we've never met, everytime we make plans or he says oh lets do something, when the actual day comes to go out he disappeares or he never confirms, on friday he texted me to make some plans for yesterday so i told him lets go to the beach and he didnt say anything, then yesterday came and i texted him to see if we're still gonna hang out or not and he still didnt text back and i know he saw my message because he was posting snaps with his friends .. The thing is i never gave a guy this amount of chances if you fuck up one time then thats it you're done, but something about this guy that is making me still wanna talk to him and still wanna meet him but i dont know why he keeps doing that 🙄 any advise ?
