Ramzi's method?

Have any of you tried Ramzi's method to determine your Babies sex at the first ultrasound? If so was it accurate for you?

According to it my little one was supposed to be a boy, but she is all girl!

I was told by the sonographer that there is no truth in it at all as the sonographer can put the doppler on a setting and it would show the baby one side, flick the switch and it would show the baby another side so babys not actually on one side or another it's how the setting is! I used it with mine and was wrong.
