Birth control help!

Hi everyone! I was placed on birth control (pill, Apri) and I'm liking it so far. I started last Thursday so like a week and 2 days. I'm on vacation right now and I was wondering if I'm going to skip my period (expected tomorrow.) I've been cramping a little, will I still get it?
