So I think I'm pregnant but haven't tested yet. Wednesday I had light pinkish discharge and I thought it was my period so I put a pad down and then it was gone within like 30 minutes. Then Friday I had a pain like 5 inches right of my belly button when I would laugh or sneeze. And now today I was on the computer and had a sudden rush of nausea and I thought I was going to puke but It passed and now I'm extremely tired after 10 hours of sleep. I have pcos so irregular periods and I TTCed 2 weeks ago on possible fertile days. Does this sound like a good sign of pregnancy?
