Wake the baby?

My 4 week old nurses really well and is gaining weight. However, he sleeps a LOT. I keep him really warm and cozy. Should I stimulate him more during the day? He sleeps really well at night too only waking every 3 hours to nurse.

No, let him sleep. Newborns sleep a lot. They are growing really fast. My son, who is 11 weeks today still sleeps a lot too. He will become more and more alert during the day the older he gets.

Let him sleep! Be careful not to overdress baby though. It can increase the chances of SIDS. Every 3 hours sounds fantastic, I'm jealous! Enjoy the shut eye :)
