I have been ttc for 2 plus years, with 2 miscarriages in between, each a year apart, and before me going to Shady Grove, because everything is fine at least from all the tests, my GYN just told me yesterday your best chance is to have sex every other day starting the day your period ends. I'm giving it one more month if I get my period in 5 days. But of course I'm hoping and praying it doesn't come!!!
