What are the first few weeks like?

From a guess, like hell lol.

I didn't really feel pregnant. But I was constantly tired. Luckily barely got any morning sickness and I constantly craved Pizza and Philly Cheese Steaks.

A very happy time but also nerves due to the chance of miscarriage!  Personally I was very tired all the time but couldn't sleep at all, was feeling nauseous all the time which was horrible, had extremely annoying acid reflex and other symptoms that weren't as bad definitely a roller coaster but soo exciting knowing you've got a little pea inside you !

Physically it can vary quite a lot. A woman's symptoms can range from none, to mild, to strong.  For me, the biggest thing about the first few weeks is the anxiety. I fee very nervous about my every move, and just cannot wait for the risk of miscarriage to drop.

Also, it's kind of a blast. If you are TTC, then a BFP can put you on a natural high for weeks.

I am 13w3d along and I am extremely tired, moody and hungry alsways. In the beginning I had extreme morning sickness and would vomit all day, everyday. But as I approach my second trimester, the nausea has calmed down a lot. But I still experience it occasionally.
