Some People have a one way street on it, weird and ironically enough. apparently your mouth also only has things that go in too, nothing eevvveeerrrrr comes out. Another major example is your vagina :)

I don't know why some people consider it taboo. I don't. It's just another sexual position as far as I'm concerned. I don't do it, because I don't like it. Thats my personal preference. Others enjoy it very much. I don't think they are weird or gross for it. Just like people giving blow jobs, some like it and some don't.
