Tmi pic!!!! Advice appreciated

So I went to the bathroom and has this white milky discharge not a lot. I am currently 4dpo and boobs feeling sore and sick to my stomach all day. Is this a good sign? This is my second round of clomid too! Also no smell or itch or burning or anything just in case y'all ask!!! Thanks glow ladies!!!!
