Positive OPK

So I had a positive OPK last night at about 9:45 & I had another at about 7:45 this morning along with the mittelschmerz pains. So did I ovulate yesterday or am I ovulating today? We BD yesterday the day & the day before yesterday should I BD again today & tomorrow ?
