Is this nail fungus/ingrown toenail?? I've had it for awhile. Idk how I got it. I wanna get rid of it. I can't wear sandals or flip flops. I'm so embarrassed. Help?? ( btw the left toe looked like the right but I cut it )

This happened to one of my aunts toes after she stubbed it, it caused an infection and now it just grows like that, u should see a foot doctor, I'm not a doctor but it looks dead because it's turning black or it could be a fungus

Wash your feet well when you shower
Wear flip flops instead of being barefoot 
not gonna lie, its bad BUT it has not spread to the other toes so let your dr know
