TMI but I have a very good question

Today while having sex my boyfriend told me that it felt "so much warmer" than usual and that it was super wet. Could this be a sign I've conceived? We have been trying for two months. I've been taking prenatals daily and 81 mg of aspirin daily to prevent my unterine from shedding (I've already done research about the aspirin) it does help conceive
