We've had many arguments since conception because he did not want me to keep the child. Now since we are getting close to delivery he's making a big deal about my sons last name. He feels our son should have his last name. I don't want our son to have his last name, but I tried to compromise and say lets hyphenate the last name so we can each have a part. Apparently, That isn't good enough. UNREAL. What sense does it make to a give my first child his fathers last name solely when we have no plans to get married AT ALL? Not only will he not have my maiden name but God willing if I get married in the future he won't have that last name either! And his teachers and so on are going to address me by calling Ms. (His dad's last name) I mean come on..... I was trying to be reasonable but I think he's dying to give me hell on purpose. And then he says rude things like "if he doesn't have my last name he's just another bill".. I don't know how I did this to my son, ugh! I'm still grateful for everything though but this situation can be very stressful.
