Walking solution

Hi ladies, just wanted to share something that has been working for me. The #1 way for me to control my daytime numbers has been to walk after every meal. But I have two kids and that's not always doable! So whenever I can't make it outside, I YouTube Leslie Sansone and I do her one-mile walk. It's 15 minutes and while I can't always keep up with the movements, I just keep the pace of walking and it has helped so much!!
