Confused. Need input

Make note my husband and I found out in December we were pregnant, but tben had a miscarriage in January. So last Saturday April 23rd I had this pink when I whipped. So I figured it was my period. Well I had that for the 23rd and most of the 24th then started to bleed. Still no cramps. Which I get really bad cramps when I'm on my period. The bleeding was very light, lighter than my normal periods and lasted until Saturday the 30th. Which struck me a bit odd seeing as My periods have always been only 5 days long. Well now I'm getting these cramps that feel like little shocks of lightening. So I guess my question is, do you have any idea what might be going on?
