1 year old

So every night around 11:30-12am my 1 year old gets up and screams at the top of his lungs. He has been doing this for about 2 weeks I can't take it. I am 35w pregnant and it's making so so emotional and not wanting to have another baby. My husband constantly calls me a bad mom and is lik3 soothe him which I have been! Does this get better I seriously am so out of options. Since having kids it has destroyed our relationship. He is 15minths and I have not been away from him more then a couple hours. I feel like I am suff9cating and I am failing 😢
