TTC pressure under ribs

I have a 6yr old, and I been TTC again. Last month, my period was a watery pink, and spotted. My period this month isnt due til next Thurs. But here lately for past 2 weeks, I have pressure under both ribs that goes down to my abdomen. It doesn't go away. I can't remember if that happen in beginning of my last pregnancy. What do you think? And when should I test?
