I've recently found out I am pregnant, even though I had the IUD mirena in place for at least a year. I have a fragile relationship with my grandmother that raised me, and I have no idea how to tell her. I don't believe in abortion, so I must figure a way to tell her without completely damaging our relationship. I am only 18, going on 19 in a few months. I will have this baby whether or not my family agrees, but I don't even know where to begin.
