I am 1 day away from my cycle I decided to take a preg test and I got 2 lines and a faded plus. I then took a digital test and read Not Pregnant. So my question is ¿could I be showing positive for something else? Cancer?

Digital tests take a lot more HCG to show positive. Wait a few days and try again on a digital. Congrats!
