I'm 7 weeks pregnant, I had a scan at 6 weeks and everything was fine there was even a heartbeat but today I've noticed a bit of blood when I went to the toilet. I'm not in any pain and the bleeding wasn't heavy but I'm freaking out and assuming the worst as I lost a baby in December 😞 am I being dramatic?
