Well here's the thing. When you find out when you're ovulating it's actually best to have sex a few days before, and then leading up to ovulation continue.
There are two types of sperm:the ones that get to the egg immediately and the ones that get stuck in your cervical pathways. These are the important sperm. When they're stuck they go through what's called capacitation which finally matures them enough to burst through the egg.
So don't wait till ovulation day! Have sex a day or two before. You want those mature sperm to be there waiting for that egg so they can become your precious little one. (:
