Health tips
So recently I've started working 2 jobs, so I work typically 60-75 hour weeks. My full time is a preschool teacher and part time I work at a sub shop. I've put on a good amount of weight from lack of sleep and stress. I need tips on to stay healthy on an extremely low budget and only 2/3 nights a week I could work out. So any tips on food, things to add to my diet or water, exersize routines. I'm limited on bathroom uses so I can't drink tons of water, which sucks. I've become extremely self conscious and even depressed. I really need tips.
