Can anyone help me with opk?

What are the best times of day to test? The instructions say the urine and test strip should be room temp. Should I let my urine sit for a few minutes before testing? If so how long? I want to get the best accuracy possible. This is my first time using strips, here is cd 14 and cd 15. Glow says peak day is today (cd15) . I just tested at 3:35, when should I test again.
