Helping out a confused friend.

My friend had unprotected sex on Tuesday April 26,2016, she ovulated the April 27,2016 she has an app that tracks her ovulation and for April 27,2016 her chance of pregnancy was 33%, she did a pregnancy test on Saturday April 30,2016 it tested negative. She is unsure if she concieved or not, she really doesn't know how conceiving works. She has been having mild symptoms such as sore breasts/nipples, nausea without vomitting, she sleeps a lot, her appetite has grown tremendously & she always want weird combinations of food such as boiled eggs & chimichangas. I need help soothing her thoughts because she unsure of everything & the web doesn't help. Oh she gave me all of this info for those wondering
