Help!!!

So um for about a week now my va jj has been feeling odd and I'm aroused a lot of the time and there's these little um bumps on the lip of my vagina and it's odd. Also when ever i pee or something that I look at my panties there's this white discharge but it's not like cum it's not as liquidy or whatever and I'm worried if you know what my problem is please help😭
