Had my period for two whole months straight.

I've been to the gyno twice. Took provera for 10 days to stop me from bleeding; didn't work. started a new, stronger birth control; didn't help. I'm still bleeding so heavy and cramping. What could cause this? Should she do an ultrasound on me? She did a Pap smear but that's it. It was fine. I feel like I'm dying. And I'm a newlywed, so it's extremely aggravating. 🙄 HELP.
