My best friend cramped and bled for both her pregnancies and the babies were healthy. But always go get checked out its best to know for sure.

I had AF cramping and bleeding for the first 3 months of my pregnancy. Enough for a thin pad. But it's different for everyone. Get checked out it could go either way. Sending prayers!
