Can I eat my steak medium or medium rare? 34+3

I normally eat my steak medium to medium rare. My fiancé doesn't let me eat my steak any more raw than medium well. I haven't asked my Doctor but how about you ladies?

I eat medium rare and it ends up being more on the rare side. I never send my food back when we are out to eat so I end up eating it. I've been fine my whole pregnancy 😊

I eat mine medium rare. I avoided it for the longest time but I finally caved and ate some one day. I'm fine and the baby is fine.
You're not supposed to though because you could get a parasite from undercooked meat.
