Dream!!

I had a dream last night that i was a mother of the most beautiful baby boy he was like 1 month old.. my husband and i have been ttc baby #5 (our last) and i am 6 days late i took a hpt 2 days ago morning and it was a BFN! There is no sings of me getting my period, i do cramp here and there but not like period cramps ,these cramps are lighter and they come and go i do notice im eating a bit more than usual. Have any of you ladies experience anybof what i mention than later got BFP?
