Is 58 over 78 even real for blood pressure?

I'm just trying to add it to the charts of systolic and diastolic and they're not even an option.. Confused..

58/78 isn't possible. Systolic number is always larger than the diastolic number Normal BP: (100-119)/(60-79) Low BP: (<100)/(<60) Pre-hypertension: (120-139)/(80-89) High BP: (>140)/(>90) [I'm a CNA]

You should check it again and make sure you're doing it right...slightly low lol and small people can even get away with systolic in the 90s being normal, it varies from person to person

Normal blood pressure is 170 over 80... Mine is very low all the time around 90 over 50 or 80 over 50 witch yes is low urs seems off tho try retaking it

It is real, yes, but chances are you'd have a hard time talking... Also, the larger number should be first, so I'm guessing something went wrong with the cuff.

No. And even still 78/58 is low, depending on your age. Normal is 120/80. If you're grown I'd mention that to your doctor at some point to be safe.
