Implantation or period

So ladies me and my boyfriend had sex Sunday night going into Monday I woke up thinking maybe he was to ruff and bleed a little the spotting was still there went away for like a couple of hours and than came back woke up today Tuesday and I'm still spotting lightly not enough to fill a pad of touch it and I'm having mild cramps and feeling bloated with a lot of gas does anybody know what this could be?
