I had to lose weight while I was trying but other than that I just used this app and tracked my most fertile days. It only took me two months to get pregnant.

It took me over a year, and the only thing we changed was having sex every other day, or every two days, without missing a day lol I worked when we first started, so we never had time or energy and then I started being a SAHM with our son and it helped free up a lot of time for us.

So basically a lot of sex. I had tracked my fertile days with apps and things but even just having sex on those days, or whatever, never worked for us.
