Braxton Hicks at 15 weeks?

I was having this "pain" ( don't know exactly how to explain it) in my pelvis/lower back last night/this morning (1-3am)

I'm thinking maybe it was braxton hicks? I mean what do they feel like? This is my second pregnancy, first was a mc.

First ended at 10 weeks so I didn't get much of a feeling for anything.

I'm 15 weeks and I don't have another appointment til May 24.

The "pain" made me so uncomfortable that I couldn't sit, lay, stand, or walk. Nothing helped it. I had to stay up until I was just so dog tired I passed out.

I'm hoping someone can help me figure out what it was. I don't want anything to be wrong.
