Rainbow baby I'm scared :(

I just found out I'm pregnant again after a miscarriage in August with 5 weeks. I'm really happy and also really terrified it might go wrong again :( the first time I had headaches, was really tired and had really painful breasts. Now I feel nothing other then tender nipples. I thought I was already out this month. Is this normal after miscarriage? Is there anyone else who had a miscarriage and then a healthy pregnancy with little early symptoms?
