I've read that prenatals can possibly aid in conceiving, but that you'd need to be taking them for three months for you to get any positive effects from them. I started taking them as soon as we started TTC. It took us 2 months ntnp and 3 months actively TTC, where we also used OPKs, preseed, and evening primrose oil.
