How to grow/thicken your hair?

I've grown my hair down past my bra strap and now the growth seems to have halted. My ends have also become lifeless and have split. I have naturally fine hair & would love to thicken it up. Any secret remedies to promote growth & help thicken it up? Thank you in advance xxx

Biotin vitamins. Does the trick in thickness. Just drink lots of water so you don't break out.

Getting it trimmed regularly will help with the split ends.

Taking prenatal vitamins will make it grow faster and thicker too.

Vegetal silica also helps to strengthen it.

I've been taking hair finity and it's really been working. I also use a gentle sulfate and paraban free shampoo and conditioner with weekly deep conditioning treatment.

Folic acid seems to have made my hair n nails grow rapidly... its either that or its thanks to baby thats in my tummy, lol.
