Question about past blighted ovum/miscarriages and then getting pregnant

Has anyone had a blighted ovum and then had a miscarriage from it and then got pregnant and started bleeding thinking it was your period but you were pregnant again and it wasnt really your period? I'm just wondering if past miscarriages can make you bleed with a new pregnancy because of what your body has gone through before??
