Can't talk to my husband

Alex • First time mom, married to a military man

I've been reading birth stories all night and I'm really anxious. Even the ones that have no drama, say their epidural worked great, only pushed for 5 min just don't help to relax me. Im only 10 weeks so I have a long time but tonight it's really hitting me what I'm going to do.

I tried talking to my husband. He's at work so I've been texting him and he just goes "lol you're way to anxious. You'll be fine." Or "you and the baby will be all fine." Like he's just not listening and just giving me generic answers

He's not busy at work. It's only 12:25 pm here, he works nights and he's currently just sitting around in an office so it's not that he just can't be more helpful.

He's the only one I'm having in the room because we are no where near family, so I really want to be able to talk to him about my fears because he will be my only support during labor and delivery but he just isn't understanding that

I got a little attitude and he just went "baby don't be like that"

Should I keep trying or just text my mom next time?
