Burts Bees products?

Are Burts Bees products the best option for my baby due in September, or are there better ones out there I haven't come across?

Butts Bees is owned by the Clorox company. I know this doesn't necessarily mean it's bad but just read the ingredients, research, and make a decision. I wouldn't use them. And don't let the labeling fool you into thinking its some sweet grandma making soaps in her kitchen lol.

Their baby products don't have the lowest EWG.org rating. We use nurture my body and the honest company. Both have a very low EWG.org rating. We do love burts bees baby clothing though, our kids have been wearing it for a few years now.

No! I know an even better brand. People on here literally probably think I'm some sort of advocate for this stuff, but I'm totally not. Just a normal mom who seen the amazing results of it. Shea Moisture! All of their products are like fair trade ingredients, cruelty free.. More importantly though, they are lush and nutritious to babies' skin. My son had terrible flares of eczema and no matter how much I used Burt's, his skin sucked it right up and it was like I never even applied it. That was even on regular parts of his skin. I was paying $8.99 for lotion by Burt's, while smelling really good, it just didn't work for me ever. It would be as if I never put anything there. The SM lotion is rich and moisturing with chamomile and myrr which smells delicious and has benefits for the skin. I only have to apply once a day really and for babies with eczema prone skin... That's usually just not even possible! You never get done applying lotions/oils/ointments. But this stuff is sooooo good that now I don't have to rub him down every time I change his diaper just to keep his skin from flaring. In fact it has totally resolved all his flare ups. It's a buck or two more than Burt's but it will work better and LAST sooo much longer.

I'm using Babo botanicals :) and I used that think dirty app and scanned my babyganics foaming shampoo and wash and it was rated a 9 for bad chemicals! :/ I was really surprised by that.

Someone posted the other day that certain burts bees products contain cancer causing chemicals. I'm going to stick with babyganics but before I heard that I was going to use both but now I'm not risking it. I would also use honest but I haven't seen it in stores and I think it's more expensive
