So I stopped taking the pill over 1 month ago. I had a regular period within the first week off it and now it's 6 days past the estimated date of my next cycle according to this app. I have had sex since, mostly using condoms and a couple of times using the withdraw method. I have done a pregnancy test as a precaution which came back negative. Am I worrying for nothing? Could it just be because my body is getting back into its own rhythm? I was on the pill for 7 years.
